Okay, so here are a couple of pics, I am going to work on getting some of the house during the day with the yard so you can get an idea.
Really fast before I have to go to bed, I went to the gym today and did the treadmill and the circuit and burned like 580 calories! Woohoo! I hope I start seeing results soon.
